RAIMBOW AND RAIN

You have understood by now but I have to repeat myself … the charm of old, used objects kidnaps me! Who will have owned them? It is the case of this old painter’s suitcase, the colors left inside, the stains immediately reminded me of the rainbow on one side and the metallic gray, almost uniform on the right side, reminded me of the rain and so on to work!

A succession of houses where there is no shortage of cats on the roofs, bright colors with the sun, duller colors where it rains, even the raindrops are in ceramic.

I make the houses by hand with the slab technique. The chosen material is chamotted stoneware decorated in every part with self-produced engobes and oxides.

A first biscuit takes place at 1000 degrees, the second final cooking in an electric oven at 1220 degrees.

The composition measures cm. 34 x 25 open and self-supporting. (the closed case measures 17 x 25 x 5 cm)

Maintenance: Dust with a cloth, it may be useful to help yourself with a brush.

Shipping and packaging

Shipping, by standard courier, takes place within 4 working days of receipt of the order (shipping costs are not included). From the moment the package is delivered to the courier, delivery takes place within 24/72 hours, the courier sends an email with the tracking of the package.

The creation is carefully packed and placed in a double box.

Shipping ceramics is particularly demanding, I want your purchases to arrive safe and sound at your home, which is why I spend a lot of time and material for their packaging, the choice of the courier was fundamental, also for this reason the shipping costs may seem high but definitely motivated.
