What are you doing, moon, in heaven? Tell me, what are you doing, silent moon?
The passage from the Night Song of a Wandering Shepherd from Asia inspired this series of jars, even a “simple” container can be special!
Details of the article
The jar is modeled by hand with the plate technique using a stoneware mixture and decorated every part with self-produced engobes and oxides.
Inside, the jar is enamelled and can accommodate food.
The processing is all round and slab, final firing in an electric oven at 1220 degrees.
Measurements: diameter cm. 11.5 height cm. 11 (including the moon it reaches 20 cm.
The moon is simply inserted with wire into a special hole on the roof of one of the houses, you will receive it inside the jar and just place it in its accommodation.
This simple operation can be completed with a small drop of Attak type glue, but it is not essential.
Maintenance: The item can be washed with soap and water.
Shipping and packaging
The shipment, by standard courier, takes place within 4 working days of receipt of the order. Shipping costs are not included in the product price but you can view them once you have entered the product or products in the cart and chosen the destination. From the moment of delivery of the package to the courier, delivery takes place in 2/5 days but this also depends on the country of destination, the courier sends an email with the traceability of the package. In any case La Grenouille Ceramiche is not responsible for any delays in delivery.
The product is carefully packed and placed in a double box.
